The PRO 160 is engineered and assembled in North Carolina, USA, and brings you our proven dry-aging and curing technology and products in a commercial-rated cabinet that is 9.53 cubic feet in volume. You will be able to process up to 160+ lbs of beef at any one time depending on the cut and your creative loading.

Steakager technology is fabricated with heavy-duty US stainless steel and is modularly designed for easy removal and cleaning as well as repairing and upgrading.
