Designed, engineered and assembled in North Carolina, USA, the PRO 40 Built-In has expanded capacity and is ready for installation in your kitchen cabinets with zero clearance!
Specially engineered for dry-aging and charcuterie curing, the PRO 40 Built-In offers reliable refrigeration and innovative technology packed into a slim and sleek exterior. The unit can safely age over 40lbs of beef (2 full subprimals).
The bundle comes with 2 vertical truss racks, a hanging rack and a humidification system for dry-aging or making charcuterie. The PRO 40 Built-In also features manually adjustable airflow so you can fine tune your projects. The unit can be installed built-in, freestanding, or side-by-side with left- and right-handed identical units if you would like for expanded beverage or project capacity.
Steakager technology is fabricated with heavy duty US stainless steel and is modularly designed for easy removal and cleaning as well as repairing and upgrading.
Monitor your dry-aging experience at any time with our iOS mobile app where you can track length of age, temperature, and humidity.
