PRO 20 Compact

This bundle comes with a humidification system and one horizontal truss rack. The humidification system maintains 75% humidity in the cabinet so you can trust your small and 40+ day dry-aging projects to stay properly hydrated for maximal yield. The horizontal truss racks, besides being super handy and clean to use, nicely shape your steaks during dry-aging and leave 1.5" steak cut lines to guide your steak cutting and trimming. 

Steakager technology is fabricated with heavy-duty US stainless steel and is modularly designed for easy removal and cleaning as well as repairing and upgrading.

Monitor and control temperature during your dry-aging experience at any time with our locally connected Webapp where you can track length of age, temperature, and humidity.

Do note horizontal truss rack is now black and designed to sit on the flat rack.
