Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 teaspoons Oriental mustard (found in the international/Asian food section of your supermarket)
- 2 teaspoons heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl and mix until well combined. Chill before serving.
