teppanyaki ginger dipping sauce in a white and blue china bowl


Cook Time: 5 minutes 
Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 ounce gingerroot (a nickel-size slice), peeled and chopped
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon (2 tablespoons)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon white vinegar

Directions: Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend on low speed for 30 seconds or until the ginger root and garlic have been pureed. Chill before serving.
