Ingredients:
- ¼ cup champagne vinegar
- 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry oregano
- ½ teaspoon dry basil
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
- ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ½ cup mayonnaise

Directions:
- In a medium bowl, whisk vinegar, sugar, oregano, basil, garlic powder, celery salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, Parmesan cheese, and Dijon mustard.
- While whisking, slowly drizzle in the olive oil. (Helpful hint: Place a towel under your bowl so it stays in one place while you whisk).
- Whisk in the mayonnaise and serve.
