Ingredients:
- 1 (5 pounds) London broil
- Garlic salt
- 1 (28-ounce) Can Stewed Tomatoes
- 4 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 1 bunch of Italian Parsley (Chopped fine)
Directions:
- Preheat the broiler to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Place the meal in a broiling container, pour stewed tomatoes, garlic, and parsley over it, and season with garlic salt.
- Place on the lowest oven rack. Cook for 35-45 mins, until fork delicate.
- Let stand for around 10 minutes at room temperature before cutting and serving.
Notes: London Broil is a very lean cut of beef, but it can be tough if not prepared properly. A nice 5-6 lb London Broil does excellent with 7-8 days in the SteakAger.
