Important: Always ensure the rack frame and rods are fully seated and stable before loading with product. Do not exceed recommended weight limits. Distribute weight evenly across rods and hangers.


PRO 40 Starter

This unit includes a basic hanging rack system consisting of:

  • 1 hanging rack frame

  • 1 metal support rod

  • Hangers

  • Twine

This configuration supports standard hanging needs but uses a single support rod.


PRO 40 Ultimate & 40/60 Built-in

This unit includes an advanced hanging rack system designed for increased stability and flexibility:

  • 1 hanging rack frame

  • 2 support rods

  • 2 grooved, hooked hangers

  • Hanging hooks

  • Twine

The dual support rods and specialized hangers provide enhanced load distribution and hanging options.


PRO 40 Starter — Rack Installation

  1. Place the hanging rack frame on a stable, flat surface.

  2. Select the desired mounting position for the metal support rod.

  3. Place the rod horizontally into the rack frame, ensuring it is fully seated and secure.

  4. Install the rack frame into your Steakager, ensuring it is properly seated and securely supported before proceeding.

  5. Install the hooks onto the rod in the desired positions based on your hanging needs.

Installation is now complete.


PRO 40 Ultimate & 40/60 Built-in — Rack Installation

  1. Place the hanging rack frame on a stable, flat surface.

  2. Select the desired mounting positions for the two support rods.

  3. Place both rods horizontally into the rack frame, ensuring they are fully seated and securely mounted.

  4. Install the rack frame into your Steakager, ensuring it is properly seated and securely supported before proceeding.

  5. For charcuterie and other hanging applications requiring grooved hangers:

    • Position the two rods equidistant from each other.

    • Hang the grooved, hooked hangers across the rods.

    • Use twine within the grooves of the hooked hangers to secure and support hanging items.

  6. For hook-based hanging applications, install hooks and accessories as desired on either rod.
