Designed, engineered and assembled in North Carolina, USA, the PRO 60EX has expanded capacity and is ready for installation in your outdoor kitchen cabinets with zero clearance! It is also designed to live in your garage with its seasonal temperature extremes.
Specially engineered for dry-aging and curing, the PRO 60EX offers reliable refrigeration and innovative technology packed into a compact size and sleek exterior, at an affordable price. The unit can safely age over 60lbs of beef (3+ full subprimals), perfect for those wanting to dry-age larger quantities, stagger aging cycles, or experiment with your favorite cuts.
The bundle comes with 3 vertical truss racks, 2 large flat racks and a humidification system for dry-aging or making charcuterie. The unit can be installed built-in or freestanding, and you can add a left- or right-handed identical unit if you would like for expanded beverage or project capacity.
Steakager technology is fabricated with heavy duty US stainless steel and is modularly designed for easy removal and cleaning as well as repairing and upgrading.
